It is suitable for good paved roads and highways, but its approximately 117 mm ground clearance makes large Dhaka speed breakers, steep ramps, deep potholes and severely damaged roads challenging. Extra care is needed when approaching uneven roads at an angle or entering underground parking areas.

It uses a automatic transmission and the engine size is 3,000 cc.

It can be used daily, particularly if your routine involves one or two occupants and mostly paved roads. The automatic transmission, automatic climate control, parking assistance and compact 4380 mm body make it manageable in city traffic. However, low ground clearance, limited luggage space and heavy fuel consumption in congestion make it less practical than a conventional Toyota sedan.

Routine servicing is more expensive than mainstream Toyota models because the Supra uses a high-performance turbocharged engine, performance brakes and large performance tyres. A reasonable annual maintenance budget is around ৳40,000–৳80,000 for routine servicing, excluding fuel, tyres, insurance and major repairs. Older or modified cars can require considerably more.

Check the Japanese auction sheet, chassis number, accident history, mileage, engine, turbocharger, transmission, cooling system, suspension, steering, brakes, tyres and electronics. Pay particular attention to previous modifications, ECU tuning, aftermarket exhausts, repaired chassis sections and underbody damage. A proper inspection is especially important because sports cars are more likely to have been driven hard.

The main disadvantages are only two seats, low ground clearance, limited luggage space, expensive premium fuel and high purchase cost. It is also less comfortable on severely broken roads than a conventional sedan or SUV because its suspension and chassis are designed primarily around performance.
