Voxy's equipment list is one of its strongest arguments in Bangladesh. Even before reaching the expensive versions, you get the basics that actually matter: power windows, automatic air-conditioning, adjustable steering, keyless entry, push-button start, sliding doors, multiple storage areas and a comfortable three-row cabin.
Higher grades add considerably more. The ZS family brings sportier exterior equipment, alloy wheels, LED lighting, cruise control and upgraded interior trim. The Hybrid ZS Kirameki III goes further with dual power sliding doors, rear automatic air-conditioning, LED interior lighting and Nanoe air-conditioning technology.
Toyota also fitted Toyota Safety Sense technology to relevant later Hybrid ZS configurations. That includes pre-collision safety, lane departure alert and automatic high beam. These systems are not autonomous driving, but they provide useful assistance on busy roads and long highway journeys.
For Bangladesh, however, the most valuable feature may be the least glamorous one: the sliding doors. They are fantastic in tight parking spaces, beside shopping centres, outside schools and anywhere else Dhaka has decided that 18 inches of parking space is a generous gift.
The missing pieces by modern standards are wireless smartphone charging, factory-standard Apple CarPlay/Android Auto on many older examples and more sophisticated connected-car services. But as a family MPV, the Voxy concentrates on features you can actually use every day.
